Shipping policy
Every order is carefully prepared for a safe journey from Argentina to destinations around the world. Each piece is photographed and inspected before shipping to ensure it meets quality standards and is securely prepared for transit.
All orders are shipped via Correo Argentino. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, although actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and local postal services.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination region:
- Argentina - $15 USD
- Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay & Uruguay - $50 USD
- Rest of South America - $70 USD
- Rest of the Americas - $90 USD
- Europe - $95 USD
- Rest of the World - $100 USD
Every order is carefully packed using a box-within-a-box packaging system for maximum protection. Each handmade stained glass piece is secured with multiple layers of protective wrapping inside an inner box, which is then placed inside a second outer box to provide extra protection during shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges required by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or from the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery, are not the responsibility of the seller.
